Loews Arlington Hotel Announces Nominations for CultureMap Tastemaker Awards
Texas' Newest Resort was nominated in the categories of Rising Star Chef and Best New Restaurant
Loews Arlington Hotel is proud to announce that Executive Chef Tony France has been nominated for Rising Star Chef of the Year, and the hotel’s partner restaurant, Soy Cowboy, has been nominated for Best New Restaurant in the 2025 CultureMap Fort Worth Tastemaker Awards.
Chef Tony France, who joined Loews Arlington Hotel and Convention Center in June 2024, brings a wealth of culinary expertise from his tenure at luxury hotels, including his most recent post at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas. Since his arrival, Chef France has been instrumental in elevating the hotel’s dining experiences across its five restaurants and lounges, notably at Farena, the signature Italian restaurant and culinary center of the hotel.
Berg Hospitality concept, Soy Cowboy, located within Loews Arlington Hotel, has quickly become a standout dining destination in Arlington. Regional Culinary Director for Berg Hospitality, Alisher Yallaev, is the mastermind behind Soy Cowboy which offers innovative pan Asian cuisine and has captured the attention of both guests and locals. Its nomination for Best New Restaurant is a testament to the creativity of the entire culinary team.
The CultureMap Fort Worth Tastemaker Awards celebrate the top talent in Fort Worth’s culinary scene, with winners selected by a panel of industry experts. The 2025 awards ceremony will take place on April 23 at The 4 Eleven in Fort Worth.
