Self-parking is $20 + tax per vehicle, per day (does not include in-and-out privileges). Available at the Ovation Hollywood garage. Valet parking is $55 per night plus tax (includes in-and-out privileges).

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We will do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late check-outs and fees may apply. We cannot guarantee either early or late check-in, but as with all special requests, we will always note it in your reservation.

Reservations must be canceled by 4 PM local time, 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night plus tax fee. Loews Hollywood Hotel has fully refundable rooms available to book on our site, which can be canceled up to a few days before check-in. Cancellation policy subject to change. For reservations made through a travel agent or online booking platform, please contact them directly as your reservation will be subject to their terms and conditions.

Yes, pets are welcome at Loews Hollywood Hotel. We limit the number of pets to two per room. There is a charge of $100 per accommodation, per stay. Service animals are exempt from fees. All pets receive their own gifts including bowls and a special treat. Please check our Loews Loves Pets page for more info regarding pet amenities and policies or contact us directly.

Yes. A deposit of 25% of the agreed-upon food and beverage minimum spend is required at contract signature. Additional deposit schedules will be determined in your agreement.

Yes – however a corkage fee of $25 per bottle applies, along with service charges and taxes.

Menu tastings may be scheduled anytime between 3-6 months from your event date.

Outside food may be brought into the hotel for menu items of ethnic origin that we are not able to replicate at the hotel. Please ask your Catering Manager for a list of approved vendors.

We will provide you with our cake vendor’s contact information and you can reach out to them directly to schedule a time that works best for you.

Absolutely! Your Catering Manager will be onsite to support the execution of hotel event logistics. Given the detail and intricacy of weddings, however, we do recommend a Wedding Day Coordinator to assist with other aspects of the ceremony and reception.
