Self-parking is $40 per night plus tax. Valet parking is $55 plus tax per night.

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We will do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late check-outs and fees may apply. We cannot guarantee either early or late check-in, but as with all special requests, we will always note it in your reservation.

Reservations must be canceled by 4 PM local time, 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night plus tax fee. Loews Atlanta Hotel has fully refundable rooms available to book on our site, which can be canceled up to a few days before check-in. Cancellation policy subject to change. For reservations made through a travel agent or online booking platform, please contact them directly as your reservation will be subject to their terms and conditions.

Yes, cats and dogs are welcome. We limit the number of pets to two per room. There is a charge of USD $100 per accommodation, per stay. Service animals are exempt from fees. All pets receive their own gifts including bowls and a special treat. Please check our Loews Loves Pets page for more info regarding pet amenities and policies or contact us directly.

Once you have selected your wedding date, we will send you an agreement to confirm the date, timing, and space.

Yes, a 25% deposit of the agreed-upon food and beverage minimum, plus tax and service charge. A payment sliding scale will be discussed in your agreement.

All alcohol must be provided by the hotel.

Yes, please inquire with your Catering Manager.

Menu tastings may be scheduled within 2-5 months from your event date.

Outside Food may be brought into the hotel for menu items of ethnic origin that we are not able to replicate at the hotel. Please ask your Catering Manager for additional information and preferred vendors.

We do not have a cake baker in-house. Please ask your Catering Manager for preferred vendors. You are welcome to provide your own cake from the vendor of your choice.

Your designated Catering Manager will be available on the day of your wedding, but since weddings are very detailed and intricate, a Day of Wedding Coordinator will be required.
