Valet parking is $60.02 per night and is inclusive of tax (subject to change). Self-parking options are available within a two-block radius of the hotel but are not provided by the hotel. Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We will do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late check-outs and fees may apply. We cannot guarantee either early or late check-in, but as with all special requests, we will always note it in your reservation.

Reservations must be canceled by 4 PM local time, 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night plus tax fee. Loews Philadelphia Hotel has fully refundable rooms available to book on our site, which can be canceled up to a few days before check-in. Cancellation policy subject to change. Yes, pets are welcome at Loews Philadelphia Hotel. We limit the number of pets to two per room. There is a charge of $40 per accommodation, per stay. Service animals are exempt from fees. Each of our guest rooms comes furnished with a fridge, no need to make a request. Microwaves are $20 per day. You can also text our Customer Engagement Center at 817-382-2988 to make a request for a microwave on your reservation and for the most current pricing.

Once you have selected your wedding date, we will send you an agreement to confirm the date, timing, and space.

To reserve your event date, Loews Philadelphia Hotel requires 25% of the agreed-upon food and beverage minimum. A payment sliding scale will be discussed in your agreement.

The wedding menus are skillfully prepared by our Executive Chef. A private tasting will be scheduled three to six months prior to the wedding.

Outside food may be brought into the hotel for menu items of specialized ethnic or religious menu items that we are not able to replicate at the hotel. Please ask your Catering Manager for a list of approved vendors.

Your designated Catering Manager will be available on the day of your wedding, but since weddings are very detailed and intricate, a Day of Wedding Coordinator is suggested.

Yes, Loews Philadelphia Hotel provides plain, black and white table numbers and holders. If you prefer to use your own, you may use our table number holders. We do not provide frames.
