Flexible Meeting Space In Downtown Philadelphia
The success of any meeting hinges on several factors, but it all starts with the ideal setting. At Loews Philadelphia, we have 22 different venues—including three ballrooms—for you to choose from. That works out to 47,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, and the ability to accommodate up to 1,000 attendees in a single space.
Second Floor
The Second Floor features a total of 21,697 square feet of function space.
MILLENNIUM HALL & PRE-FUNCTION
Intriguing designs balanced by hang gliders in flight on the ceiling characterize the Millennium Hall; this 9,752-square-foot space is perfect for large lectures and corporate meetings and also features a 3,542-square-foot pre-function space.
COMMONWEALTH HALL & PRE-FUNCTION
This flexible function space features 6,176 square feet and can be divided into five smaller spaces, in addition to a 2,227-square-foot pre-function area.

Second Floor Mezzanine
REGENCY BALLROOM & PRE-FUNCTION
This beautiful 9,175-square-foot ballroom is divisible into four sections and can seat over 1,100 guests. Guests can mingle in comfort and style in the 2,760-square-foot pre-function space.
Third Floor
This floor houses multiple parlors and meeting spaces.
TUBMAN, ANTHONY, ADAMS
Each features 483 square feet and is perfect for small gatherings.
JEFFERSON
A 543-square-foot meeting space for small gatherings.
WASHINGTON ROOM
This 3,071-square-foot meeting room can be divided into up to three smaller function spaces.
P1 & P2 PARLORS
Medium-sized spaces with great views of the streets of Philadelphia with 960 and 648 square feet, respectively.
Fourth Floor
CONGRESS ROOM
This 3,210-square-foot room can be divided into three smaller function spaces with individual entrances.
PRE-FUNCTION 4F
Start your event in this expansive pre-function room; a space where your guests can mingle and sip a cocktail in comfort and style.
HOSPITALITY SUITES
Six different Hospitality Suites range in size from 790 to 890 square feet.
Thirty-Third Floor
The 33rd floor sits atop our hotel as its crown jewel. It features the most luxurious boardroom in Philadelphia and a large terrace that lets you and your guests take in the inspiring view of the city below.
ROBERTS BOARD ROOM
This sophisticated meeting environment provides a spectacular view of the city from the 33rd floor and seats 30 guests.
HOWE
This 2,000-square-foot exquisite meeting space features direct access to the rooftop Terrace.
LESCAZE
A 1,414-square-foot room also features direct access to The Terrace.
THE TERRACE
Whether alone or combined with the Howe or the Lescaze, The Terrace is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser, thanks to its breathtaking views.
