Meet More Rewards

_{Must sign 2 or more contracts within 60 days of the first contract signing. Meet More Rewards special offer must be disclosed in the first contract in order to be eligible for the promotion and will start the 60-day timeframe for other eligible business opportunities. Each business opportunity engaging in the Meet More Rewards offer must have a signed contract and must disclose the participation of the offer in the contract. Offer must be booked by December 31, 2025 and consumed by December 31, 2028 and is not eligible to combine with any other promotional opportunity.}

_{Offer valid far multiple contracts at a single Loews Hotels property and requires commitment of multiple programs confirmed in each contract. Multi-Program benefit cannot be applied to an overflow or complex contract for the same event. Offer must be disclosed in contracted concessions.}

Master Service or Preferred Agreements that have a guest room discount or a rebate cannot be combined with this offer.}

_{Percent off master bill is based on contracted total net group room revenue for each individual group. It is not a cumulative revenue for all signed contracts and the master account credit earned must be applied to the associated event. Earned percentage off the master bill will be applied to the final folio based upon net consumed, eligible revenue. If a future program is cancelled as part of a multi-contract commitment, any associated future contracts will lase eligibility for the percentage off master. In order ta receive the percentage off master, group must meet or exceed the defined and agreed to revenue commitment in executed contracts. All other associated spend by the contracted group and/or meeting will not qualify for the percentage discount off the master account folio. Eligible revenue is net room revenue less taxes, staff, rebates, commissions or other discounted guest rooms and is non-transferable.}

_{Encore's minimum revenue requirement must be achieved after the discount is applied and does not include labor, sub-rental items, tax or service fees. If the minimum is not reached, no discount will be offered. Group must utilize Encore for all technology during the event, and complete a service agreement no less than one (1) year from group arrival, or within 30 days after hotel contract execution, if group arrival is within one year. Encore discount applies to the associated Hotel booking and cannot be applied to a separate event.}
