The Future is Bright with Loews Hotels

Booking a meeting with Loews Hotels is always a good idea, but now it also pays to plan ahead.

Let our futures align together. Groups who book a meeting of $150,000 or more in guest room revenue at a qualifying Loews Hotel, with a program that meets in 2027 through 2031, will receive 5% of their net guest room revenue credited to the master account.

Additionally, groups that book event technology services with Encore valued at $50,000 or more will receive a 25% equipment discount along with complimentary basic meeting space Wi-Fi, offering up to 20mbps per group. The group must be contracted by December 31, 2025.

Terms & Conditions

Eligible net group room revenue is $150,000 after allowable attrition and does not include any special discounted contractual group rates, such as staff rooms, complimentary rooms, or anything lower than the group rate. Program must be signed by December 31, 2025, and consume in 2027-2031. The 5% master account credit is based off actualized and occupied guest room revenue paying group rate or higher and will be applied as a master account credit.

Offer applies to new business only; it cannot be applied to business opportunities previously contracted, in negotiations, or in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount. Offer is subject to availability and does not apply to citywide opportunities. Master Service or Preferred Agreements that have a guest room discount or a rebate cannot be combined with this offer. Commissions will be paid on actual net guest room revenues after credit is applied.

In order to receive the percentage off master account, group must meet or exceed the defined and agreed to revenue commitment in the executed contract. Eligible revenue is net room revenue less taxes, staff, rebates, commissions or other discounted guest rooms. Percent applied to the master account has no cash value and is non- transferable. The master account credit is forfeited if group does not meet the minimum anticipated total revenue commitment in the contract. All other associated spend by the contracted group and/or meeting will not qualify for the percentage discount off the master account folio.

Encore services of $50,000 minimum must be achieved after the discount is applied and does not include labor, subrental items, tax or service fees. If the minimum is not reached, no discount will be offered. Group must utilize Encore for all event technology services during the event, and complete a service agreement no less than one (1) year from group arrival. Encore discount applies to the associated Hotel booking and cannot be applied to a separate event.

Excludes Universal Grand Helios Hotel.
