Thanksgiving Buffets at Universal Orlando
This is Thanksgiving food like you’ve never experienced it before! Of course, you’ll have the classics like golden roasted turkey and honey-baked ham waiting for you at the carving stations, alongside potatoes, stuffing, and all kinds of traditional Thanksgiving fare. If that doesn’t suit your taste, maybe you’d like to try our ceviche or savor some charcuterie. There’s even a raw bar at both Amatista Cookhouse and Islands Dining Room — yes, our world is your oyster!
Trattoria del Porto at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel
Although the entire menu is tantalizing, Trattoria del Porto definitely saves the best part of the meal for last on their Thanksgiving buffet menu. The desserts station will have something for every sweet tooth in your dining party, from the Strawberry Shortcake Verrine, to the Spiced Pumpkin Tart, and even down to the Classic Italian Cannoli. Yum!
Islands Dining Room at Loews Royal Pacific Resort
This menu won us over before we could even finish saying “Caramelized Onion & Andouille Sausage Cornbread Stuffing” with a side of Braised Sweet Potatoes in a bourbon vanilla glaze. And if you’re in the mood for something less traditional, don’t worry — the sushi and stir-fry stations have you covered.
The Kitchen at Hard Rock Hotel Orlando
Listen, you can’t go wrong with golden-roasted turkey, pan gravy, and Gram’s cranberry relish. BUT, if you don’t like turkey even on Thanksgiving, then The Kitchen is the place to be: the Herb Salt New York Strip Loin will be the star of their carving station, paired with a delicious red wine jus and horseradish cream.
Amatista Cookhouse at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort
The Thanksgiving buffet at Amatista takes their signature island inspiration to the next level, bringing in flavors from all over the Caribbean and South America. If the churrasco display doesn’t win you over first, the Herb Roasted Carolina Turkey with pomegranate and pear stuffing, natural pan gravy, and cranberry-orange compote certainly will!

Similar to our Thanksgiving buffet, the desserts speak volumes on this menu, featuring all kinds of tarts, cakes, and cookies to give you a sweet send-off after your meal — assuming you have room left after going back for seconds!
Islands Dining Room at Loews Royal Pacific Resort
Most seafood fans accept that they’ll have to settle for another meat around the holidays, but not at Islands Dining Room! The Christmas buffet features a raw bar, smoked fish, AND a sushi station, on top of all the traditional holiday offerings. Add on all-you-care-to-enjoy mimosa or Bloody Mary cocktails for an additional $21 (adults ages 21+, only with valid ID).

Amatista’s Christmas buffet will see the return of their signature churrasco display and ceviche station, as well as a welcome addition to the carving station in the Rosemary & Garlic Lamb with mint demi-glace.
