Islands Dining Room – Loews Royal Pacific Resort
Bring your family to the perfect paradise for Easter brunch. What makes Islands Dining Room stand out is the unique Pan Asian themed dishes. Here, you can enjoy some amazing themed food stations including our sushi station and create-your-own stir-fry. There will also be a carving station with five-spiced roasted duck accompanied by our blackberry chutney, and bone-in roasted pork loin with char sui BBQ sauce, among other selections. If you have a sweet tooth, you’ll want to hang out by the dessert station which features an incredible 16 different options, including a yummy pineapple upside down dream cake and lemon peeps marshmallow!

Amatista Cookhouse – Loews Sapphire Falls Resort
Hopping over to some different islands, your whole family will love Easter brunch at Amatista Cookhouse. With an atmosphere as bright as your Easter basket, you can enjoy Caribbean-inspired cuisine prepared right in front of you in our exhibition kitchen. Enjoy fresh greens from the salad station, charcuterie from the islands, an iced raw bar with ceviche selections and more!
As you might have guessed, it wouldn’t be an island style Easter brunch without some entertainment. You can enjoy live music including a steelpan percussionist. Trattoria del Porto – Loews Portofino Bay Hotel
If you’re looking to spend your Easter brunch somewhere to match your pastel-colored outfit, look no further than Loews Portofino Bay Hotel.
