The Regency Bar & Grill is celebrating the warmer weather with seasonal programming not to be missed. Each month, guests are invited to enjoy an intimate dinner in the restaurant’s Regency Room featuring a multi-course menu from Executive Chef Manjit Manohar paired with world renowned beverage partners for an evening of food, fare and conversations. Prisoner Wine Company – March 19

The iconic Upper East Side restaurant is partnering with Prisoners Wine Company for an exclusive multi-course tasting, starting with an intimate reception, complete with wine pairings at every course. Welcoming bites include: Mini Crab Roll, Smoked salmon rillette on waffle chips crème fraiche, red and yellow butterflies and Reuben Bites with Unshackled Sparkling Rose. Appetizer includes Octopus with Saffron potato, Asian pears, Kumquat Jam, Lemon emulsion paired with Blindfold Blanc de Noir. The main course features a Duo of Lamb Shanks and Loin with Pea Puree, Baby Turnips, Crispy shallot, mint Jus paired with The Prisoner Red Blend from Magnum and lastly, the meal concludes with a Muscato cake with Vanilla Chantilly Cream, Banana foster Ice Cream and The Prisoner Cabernet Sauvignon.

Rose Around the World – April 8

It’s officially Rosé season on Park Avenue. Celebrate the unofficial start to summer with some of our favorite wineries with culinary pairings prepared by our Executive Chef Manjit Manohar. Guests will learn about the Rosé wine making process, tasting notes and flavor profiles in a relaxed an intimate setting in The Regency Room. The menu opens with Smoked Salmon Crepes, Red and Yellow Beet Butterflies, Pepper Crusted Wagyu Beef on a Crouton with Horseradish Cream and Mini Lobster Rolls paired with MUMM Sparkling Brut Rose. Appetizer course features Lobster butter poached, cauliflower, pickled kumquat, citrus and St. Marguerite Symphonie Rose 22. Enjoy a Duo of Beef for the main course with Braised Short Ribs, Dry Age NY Strip paired with celeriac puree, sugar snap peas, cherry jus and Belle Gloss P Noir Rose. End the meal with a classic Napoleon and vanilla cream, banana hazelnut ice cream with St. Marguerite Fantastique Rose 22.

Cincoro Tequilla – May 6

Sip on an award-winning portfolio of luxury tequilas with a tequila coursed dinner. The evening will include a three-course meal paired with popular dishes like Ceviche and Braised Short ribs, which will be paired with Cincoro specialty cocktails.
