That's why we offer what we call our Best Rate Guarantee - our promise to you that we'll honor an online rate for one of our hotels that is lower than what we offer on our own loewshotels.com website.

If you find a lower rate on another website other than loewshotels.com within 24 hours of making your reservation, we will be happy to adjust your rate to the lower rate you found.* Simply call us at 1-800-235-6397 and we'll make things right by honoring the lower rate on the spot.

What's the Catch?

We wouldn't call it a catch, exactly, but there are some terms and conditions, which you can check out in the fine print below. Rest assured, we will do whatever we can to make sure you get the best deal available.

Terms & Conditions

For the Loews Best Rate Guarantee to apply, the lower published available room rate must be for the same hotel, for the same room type and bed type, the same dates, the same length of stay and number of guests (lower online rate).

The Loews Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to the following conditions:

any rates from opaque providers including, but not limited to, Priceline.com or Hotwire.com. An opaque provider is any entity or service that prevents the buyer from obtaining information relating to available hotel rooms until after the buyer has guaranteed payment (Opaque Provider).

The Loews Best Rate Pledge does not apply to group, negotiated, non-published rate, package, third party Internet rates or rates requiring membership in a club such as AAA or AARP where rates are not intended for the general public.

Third party rates that require different terms and requirements, including but not limited, to Advanced purchase, packaged with different services and amenities, advanced deposit, membership enrollment.

Void where prohibited by law. Loews Hotels, Inc. reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue the Loews Best Rate Pledge at any time in its sole discretion and without prior notice. Subject to further restrictions.
