Treat your loved ones to a three-course prix-fixe menu, or order your favorite dish à la carte this Christmas Day at our signature restaurant.

New Year’s Eve, December 31
Dinner at The Canyon Club | 5pm - 10pm
Enjoy a delicious dinner buffet prepared by our talented culinary team at The Canyon Club on New Year’s Eve.
Dinner + Music at Flying V | 5pm - 10pm
Make the last meal of 2024 unforgettable. Our signature restaurant is preparing a special dinner and cocktail menu accompanied by live music to celebrate the occasion.
Countdown to Midnight at Cascade Lounge | 3pm - 1am
Ring in the new year at Cascade Lounge with bar bites, cocktails, live music and, of course, a champagne toast at midnight.
