The Regency Bar & Grill, Loews Regency New York Hotel’s signature restaurant and home of the famed “Power Breakfast,” offers approachable and ingredient-forward dishes. Capturing the classic style of a refined bar and grill, the team creates food of the highest quality, simply prepared and executed perfectly. The restaurant sources from regional, organic farms and supports ecological fishing practices - with perennial and recognizable ingredients, guests who are looking for sustainable culinary options can enjoy quality food time and time again.
We are also thrilled to give guests access to uniquely homegrown products without leaving the hotel. Reservations are strongly recommended.
The Regency Bar & Grill, will be temporarily closed from Sunday, January 10, 2027, and re-opening Monday, March 22, 2027, as we undergo planned enhancements as part of our ongoing commitment to elevating the guest experience.
During this time, we will be offering the following on property options:
- Breakfast will be relocated to the 2nd floor in our Great Lawn & Sheep Meadow meeting rooms overlooking Park Avenue and will feature a continental breakfast buffet with a made-to-order omelet station exclusively for hotel guests from 7am to 11am Monday-Friday, 7am to 1pm on Saturday and Sunday. Reservations are strongly encouraged and can be made by phone by calling extension 4050 from your guestroom phone or by email at [email protected]. Our signature complimentary morning coffee will be available on the 2nd floor.
- In-room dining will be available daily from 7am – 10pm.
- Pop-Up Lobby Bar will be open from 4pm – 10pm, Tuesday through Saturday serving select cocktails, wine and light bites.
- Sant Ambroeus Coffee Bar will be open from 7am – 7pm serving warm pressed paninis, soups and Sant Ambroeus’ beloved desserts, pastries and croissants.
- Neighboring restaurants including Serafina, Avra, Amaranth, T-BAR and Piccolo Cucina will be open and available to welcome hotel guests for lunch and dinner options
Our esteemed team and Concierge professional would also be pleased to assist with reservations at any of the restaurants or any other dining destinations located just steps from the hotel.
