The main course is a Creekstone Farms ribeye with bone marrow mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, and a shrimp and mushroom romesco. For dessert, the Sweetheart Brownie paired with a raspberry rose sorbet and toasted chocolate meringue. The coursed meal is available Feb. 10, 11, and 14.
