Food & Wine Magazine: Loews Hotels Is Majorly Upgrading the Way Kids Eat on Vacation
Picky eaters? Never heard of 'em.

Travel should be all about expanding horizons, and that goes double for your kids.
To help children experience all-new things on their travels, and maybe even secretly allow the adults in the room to enjoy their meals a little more too, Loews Hotels & Co has launched the Adventurous Eaters menu. The new menu will be available at select hotel restaurants in the portfolio, giving kids the chance to branch out of the usual chicken nuggets and mac & cheese (though delicious) with a taste of destinations ranging from classic city bites from The Big Apple to a southern-style spread from Louisiana.
Loews Hotels is embracing family travel through its "Loews Loves Families" program, so it's no surprise that it now includes the culinary world. When staying at one of the participating hotel locations, your youthful dining companions can enjoy signature items dished out in kid-appropriate servings from breakfast through dinner.
At the Loews New Orleans, your adventurous eater can sample the famous pillowy NOLA Beignets or Pain Purdue, a local specialty of egg-battered French bread griddled with candied pecans. In the evening, kids and kids at heart can all tuck into savory selections such as Chicken and Sausage Gumbo, an authentic NOLA Fish Fry, or a Crawfish Quesadilla.
In Florida, the Loews Miami Beach Hotel celebrates Latin fare on the kid's menu throughout the property's restaurants, with Guava and Cheese French Toast at Preston's Market, Fish Tacos at Nautilus, and Empanadas at Bar Collins. Tiny travelers headed to St. Louis, Missouri, can try the famous 'T-Ravs' specially crafted Mini Toasted Ravioli with marinara sauce made in-house, sprinkled with parmesan cheese at Live! by Loews restaurant.
Visitors staying at the Loews Regency New York Hotel will find some iconic Big Apple bites at the onsite restaurant, A New York Nosh. Kids of all ages will start their city day off like a local with a delicious New York City bagel from the renowned Ess-A-Bagel shop. Paired with a New York City Hot Dog or a Coney Island Knish for lunch, your kiddo will be cultured in some of Manhattan's famous foods. Don't worry if it doesn't all pan out. The hotel still has traditional kid favorites (here's looking at you, pizza and pasta), too, just in case.
