  • 1.75 oz. Aperol
  • 0.75 oz. St. Germain
  • 0.5 oz. lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz. simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz. Prosecco
  • 0.5 oz. soda water
  • 1 orange wedge

Mix Aperol, St. Germain, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a wine glass with ice. Top with Prosecco and soda water. Garnish with orange wedge.
