Capture the flavors of the season with the SoBe Summer Spritz, a mango-infused mix of Cocchi Americano, mango liqueur, fresh mango puree, and Prosecco.

SoBe Summer Spritz

  • 1.5oz Cocchi Americano
  • 0.5oz J.F Hayden’s Mango Liqueur
  • 0.5oz Salers Aperitif
  • 0.5oz mango puree
  • Prosecco
  • 1 fresh basil leaf
  • 1 edible pansy flower

Add all ingredients to a spritz glass, except for the Prosecco, add ice and swirl 10 times.
Top with prosecco and garnish with a fresh basil leaf and an edible pansy flower.

Destination-Driven Craft Mocktail

For a healthier, no-alcohol version, we invite you to enjoy our El Semi-Spritz Mocktail.

El Semi-Spritz

  • 0.75oz honey water
  • 0.75oz house chamomile syrup
  • 5 fresh blueberries
  • 1oz water
  • Sparkling water
  • Dehydrated lemon

Add all ingredients to a shaker, except the soda water. Muddle the ingredients together and shake 20 times. Double-strain the mocktail into a spritz glass with fresh ice. Top it off with soda water and garnish the mocktail with a slice of dehydrated lemon.
